This foot pedal operated spot welding machine features a lever pedal type spring pressurized structure for easy operation and quick response. It is suitable for various applications requiring positioning accuracy and complex shape welding.
Operating through a transformer, the machine utilizes standard mains supply to lower voltage and increase electric current. The resulting low voltage, high current is transmitted from the electrode to the connection point of two work pieces. Due to resistance at the linkage point, high temperature occurs, generating sufficient heat to melt the work pieces and achieve secure welding.
Features an intelligent touch screen controller for easy input and reading of welding parameters.
Constructed with thicker copper plates or copper belts to ensure stable conductivity during welding operations.
Customized electrodes designed specifically for welding various materials including steel, aluminum, silver, stainless steel, and nickel steel.
Machine shape and molds are designed according to specific welding product requirements.
